some translations still missed in WMI…

some translations are not gettextized in WMI. I noticed texts in bubble help on “Identifier” link (new user form). Perhaps there are more…

WMI is beiing completely rewritten, there will be no bubbles anymore. BTW, I translated all that was possible in my last 2 big patches.
